1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mega918 website, mobile platform, or any associated service (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any persons interacting with the mega918 Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

mega918 may require verification of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money services on the mega918 Platform, you must register a member account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active mega918 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. mega918 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.
• KYC Verification: mega918 may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), utility bills, or bank statements. Withdrawal processing may be withheld pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly notify mega918 of any changes to your registered personal information by contacting customer support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mega918 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Deposits may be made via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. mega918 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts requiring additional verification.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform policy. mega918 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Anti-Money Laundering: mega918 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to relevant authorities. mega918 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any account suspected of financial irregularity.
• Currency: mega918 does not accept or process deposits in currencies other than MYR without express written authorisation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mega918 offers promotional bonuses subject to the following general terms. Specific promotions may have additional conditions published alongside the promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. mega918 reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its discretion, including accounts suspected of bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinating betting patterns, or employing any strategy designed to circumvent bonus conditions constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus-derived balances.
• mega918 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the mega918 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined mathematically and are not influenced by the Platform, player history, or any external factor. The following terms apply:

• Published Return to Player (RTP) rates are accurate at the time of publication and are sourced from the relevant game provider's certified figures.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, mega918 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the relevant member accounts.
• Game-specific rules are published within the individual game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm acceptance of the applicable game rules.
• Live dealer game outcomes are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the dealer. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the affected round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mega918 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party without authorisation
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose

• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any circumvention technology

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set from account settings and take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set session duration reminders to assist in managing time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the member's account will be suspended and marketing communications will cease.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mega918 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond mega918's reasonable control
• Actions or content of third-party game providers or payment processors

mega918's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

mega918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any member account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity
• Account being operated by a person under the age of 21
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified period
• Regulatory obligation or legal requirement

Upon termination for cause, mega918 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining verified balances will be returned to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable period. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the mega918 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mega918 holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit mega918's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

13. Amendments

mega918 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, registered members will be notified via in-platform alert or registered email. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
